Low Voltage Rail Transfer Cart (DDG) - Power Supply & Operation
This electric transfer cart receives power through low-voltage rails, enabling smooth and continuous operation without battery charging.
How It Works:
A step-down transformer converts 380V workshop power to safe 36V electricity, which is supplied to insulated tracks.
The cart collects power through insulated wheels and transfers it to the motor via sliding contacts.
Controlled by remote, it moves forward/backward and navigates curved tracks safely.

Rail transfer cart can be divided into binomial power supply and three power supply according to the different ways of buck, binomial power supply is suitable for small tonnage rail cars (50 tons), and the ground is paved with two tracks. Three power supplies are suitable for large tonnage rail cars, and three tracks are laid on the ground.
