Product Description
The cable drum transfer cart is mainly applied in assembly line(ring production line, loop production line), metallurgy industry (steel ladle), warehouse transport, ship industry (maintenance, assemble, container transport), workpiece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory(steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure), construction(bridge, simple building, concrete, concrete column), petroleum industry(oil pump, sucker rod and parts), energy(polycrystalline silicon, generator, windmill), chemical industry(electrolytic cell, retort etc), railway(rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).
Assembly line: Due to limit of cable, the cart is mainly applied in short transportation. It has advantages of simple structure and low cost.
Metallurgy industry: With the functions of steady traveling, stepless speed regulation, the cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc. Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree , due to the high temperature, the cart should be designed with heat exposure proof device, expecially to the cable drum, motor, reducer and electric appliance. It can avoid the cart from damaging and shortening using time. During the cart working, it must be steady travel, steady start and slowly stop. In order to avoid the cart broken during working, there equipped two sets driving system, if the main driving system is broken, the spare driving system can be start at the same time.

Painting room: The cart should be producing fire during working. In order to avoid explosion, the motor, reducer, electric appliance, pendant and alarm should protected and explosion-proof.
Workshop:The cart is mainly applied in machining workshop, manufacturing workshop, mold workshop to transfer machining parts, finished products, castings etc.
With functions of turning freely and steady traveling, it is the first choice in mold workshop. With advantages of steady traveling, 360 degree turning on site, it can used in narrow space to transfer molds. In order to improve working efficiency, the roller can be installed on the platform.
Steel factory(steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure):When the cart is used to transfer hot steel billet, due to the high temperature, the cart should be designed with heat exposure proof device, expecially to the cable drum, motor, reducer and electric appliance. It can avoid the cart from damaging and shortening using time.
The cart is applied to transfer steel plate between production line, and transfer finished products in processing workshop, warehouse etc.
When the cart is used to transfer steel coils, in order to protect safety of staffs and equipment, the V frame should be equipped on the platform to avoid the coils falling during transportation.
