Low Voltage Rail Transfer Car (DDG) utilizes a sophisticated low voltage rail system to efficiently acquire electrical power, ensuring optimal operation of the trolley.

Working Principle: In the workshop, a robust 380v voltage is expertly reduced to a safe 36v via a step-down transformer. This reduced voltage is then seamlessly connected to the insulated rail car through wires, energizing the track while keeping the rail car's wheels insulated to prevent conductivity. The electricity flows with precision to the car's motor via an electric take-up slide, allowing the rail car to glide effortlessly forward and backward, even navigating turns with ease, all under the intuitive control of a remote control system.
