What is a low-voltage rail transfer cart?
The low-voltage rail transfer cart is a rail-mounted material handling system powered by low-voltage rails.

Working principle: The 380V workshop power supply is stepped down to a safer 36V through a transformer. This low-voltage current is then transmitted through insulated rails, which act as conductive pathways.
The transfer cart's wheels are electrically insulated to prevent unintended current leakage, while a sliding collector mechanism transfers power from the rails to the drive motor. Operators can seamlessly control the vehicle's movement-forward, backward, and even along curved tracks-using a wireless remote control.
