Product Description

Low voltage rail transfer car (DDG) uses low voltage rail to obtain electricity, which can meet the cart operation.

Working principle: The transfer cart utilizes a step-down transformer to convert the workshop's 380V power supply into a safe 36V output. This low-voltage current is then transmitted to insulated rails. Equipped with insulated wheels to prevent conductivity, the cart features onboard sliding collectors that transfer power from the rails to the cart's motor. The DDG (transfer car) is controlled via a remote, enabling forward/reverse movement and seamless navigation along curved tracks.
